1986, short wheelbase, black GMC. Vehicle has been kept in a garage ever since paint job. Wheels are 20" with 275/45 tires. Truck has two inch drop spindles in the front, but 3/4 ton coil springs for the motor. Over load spring was taken out of the rear which originally made the truck sit level. Now has a slight sport rake to it. Have black, leather, bucket seats inside. Still needs a console. Had the dash re-done. Have a B&M ratchet floor shifter if I ever get the console in. Drive train is a 468(454 .30 over). Came out of a race car. Had the motor gone through with new bearings and such. Still has all the good race parts but I had just a little over stock cam put in. Sound nice though. Exhaust is three inch with flowmasters. Transmission is a 700R4 with corvette something. Makes it shift hard. Has 3.73 running gears with positive traction unit.
I've had this truck 18 years. First vehicle ever owned. I love the truck. Love the way it looks. Drives great, runs great. Could use a little fine tuning as far as cleanliness under the hood and frame, but pretty good shape. Cab has been rust treated(Zbar). Not sure if that's what that is called. Has the metal, cowl induction hood. The bucket seats are power but not wired up.
Title is a duplicate. Don't really know why. Think the truck may have been hit, but don't know how hard. Painter said everything looked solid and straight |
